Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By registering on or using MANA-CSC, you agree to them.

Last updated: 24 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and MANA-CSC ("MANA-CSC", "we", "us"), which operates this website and panel. "You" means any person or business that registers or uses the portal, including retailers, distributors, white-label partners and API partners. Our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy are part of these terms.

2. Who can use the portal

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
  • You must give true details (name as per Aadhaar, mobile, email, state) when you register. Accounts are activated only after verification, and we may refuse or close any account.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your login. Keep your password and API keys secret and tell us at once if you think they are misused.

3. Our services

MANA-CSC is a private service facilitation platform. It is not a government website and is not linked to any government department. Services include PVC Converters (turning a person's own e-documents into print-ready PVC card images), document services (such as vehicle RC, driving licence, PAN and ration card services) and a prepaid wallet.

Some services depend on third-party and government systems. Results, availability and timings depend on those systems, and we do not guarantee that a record will be found or that a service will always be available.

4. Consent and lawful use

  • Use the portal only for documents that belong to you or to a customer who has asked you for the service and given clear consent.
  • Aadhaar, PAN and other personal documents must be handled as required by the Aadhaar Act, 2016, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • You must not use the portal to create fake, altered or forged documents, to impersonate anyone, to access another person's data without consent, or for any fraud or illegal purpose.
  • PVC card images are a convenient print copy of the citizen's own e-document. They do not replace the original issued by the government authority.
  • Misuse can lead to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of commissions earned through misuse, and reporting to the authorities.

5. Wallet and payments

  • Services are paid from your prepaid wallet. You can add money by UPI through our payment partner, or by a fund request to your distributor.
  • The price of each service is shown in your panel before you place the order. The amount is deducted from your wallet when the order is placed.
  • Money added to the wallet can be used only for services on this portal. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to other users except as the panel allows.
  • Online payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card number or net banking password.
  • Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Distributors, white labels and commissions

Distributors and white-label partners can create users under them and set their prices within the limits of the panel. Commission is earned only on successful orders and is added to the wallet automatically. We may change service prices and commission structures; the price shown at the time of the order applies.

7. API partners

API access is given at our discretion. You must keep your API key secret, use only whitelisted servers, follow the API documentation and not overload the system. We may suspend API access for misuse.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep the portal available all the time but do not promise that it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may add, change or stop services, and update these terms. The updated terms apply from the date they are published on this page.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by government or third-party systems, internet or power failures, or events beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim about a service order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account for breaking these terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks or a legal requirement. You can ask us to close your account at any time. The treatment of any wallet balance is explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Andhra Pradesh.
