Privacy Policy

This portal is operated by MANA-CSC, Andhra Pradesh. We decide how the data described here is used.

• Account data: name, mobile number, email, state, business name and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Order data: the details you enter for a service, such as a vehicle, licence, PAN or ration card number. Aadhaar numbers are stored only in masked form (last 4 digits).
• Uploaded documents (PVC Converters): the file and any PDF password are sent to our processing partner to make the card and are not stored on our server.
• Generated documents (card images and PDFs): kept privately and deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Payment data: amount, order ID, UTR and status from the payment gateway. We never receive your UPI PIN, card number or bank password.
• Technical data: IP address, login times and browser details, used for security and fraud prevention.

• To create and verify your account and let you log in.
• To process service orders, deliver results and handle refunds.
• To credit wallet loads and keep a wallet statement.
• To prevent fraud and misuse and to meet legal requirements.
• To contact you about your account, orders and support requests.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share data only as needed to provide the service: with the service and processing partners that complete an order, with the payment gateway for payments, with your distributor / white-label partner for accounts under them, and with government or law enforcement bodies when required by law.

When a retailer uses the portal for a customer, the retailer must take the customer's consent and use the data only for the service requested. The retailer is responsible for handling the customer's documents lawfully at their centre.

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in and, if you choose "Remember me", a secure login cookie for 30 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, documents are kept in a private area that cannot be opened directly from the internet, Aadhaar numbers are masked and access is limited by role. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password safe.

• Generated documents: 7 days.
• Account, order and wallet records: as long as the account is active and afterwards as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. Some records (such as payment and wallet records) must be kept by law and cannot be deleted before the required period.
