1. No physical shipping
All services are delivered online. We do not courier or ship any card, document or product. There are no shipping charges.
2. How services are delivered
- Instant services (PVC Converters, RC / DL documents, PAN services): the result is shown in your panel within seconds to a few minutes of placing the order, ready to view and download.
- Services processed by our team: usually completed within 1 to 3 working days. The result appears on the order page in your panel.
- Wallet loads: added to your wallet as soon as the UPI payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
3. PVC Converters
PVC Converters give you print-ready card images (front, back and an A4 sheet) of the citizen's own document. Printing on a PVC card is done by the retailer at their own centre with their own printer and cards; we do not supply or ship cards.
4. Where to find your documents
Open My Orders in your panel and select the order to view or download the result. Generated documents are available for 7 days, after which they are deleted for privacy. Please download them in time.
5. Delays
Delivery can be delayed when a government or third-party system is slow or down. If an instant service cannot be completed, the amount is refunded to your wallet automatically (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
